Our campout for new Scouts will be March 25-27 at Camp Twin Echo.  Scouts will learn how to properly care for and handle the troop's equipment along with important safety rules.  They will learn how to properly select a tent site and set up their tent.  Before the campout we will devote a troop meeting to what clothing to bring in order to stay warm and dry.  March weather can be cold and wet, so "Be Prepared".  In their patrols Scouts will plan their own menu and subsequently purchase their own food.  Mr. Gaus is the coordinator for this outing.
